Reality 2FOR1 dining Terms & Conditions

1. The 2FOR1 dining card entitles the bearer to a free main meal (to a maximum value of R120) at one of the participating restaurants, when another main meal of the same value or more is purchased at the full price. The free main meal will be the cheaper meal. Buffet meals are excluded from this R120 offer. All additional courses and drinks will be paid for at full price.
2. The 2FOR1 dining card can only be used once per day and is valid dependant on active Reality membership.
3. Bookings need to occur 48 hours prior to the booking time & date.
4. Bookings not confirmed by Reality either telephonically, by sms or email within 23hrs after booking is requested, are not valid. The booking confirmation is to be taken to the restaurant when dining.
5. Details of the participating restaurants will be on www.reality2for1.co.za. Reality member calls 0860 732 548/9 and then all bookings must be made using the "Personal Assistant" service. (This is essential and a pre-requisite for offer redemption). The booking must be made during office hours 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
6. The Reality number must be quoted each time you call Reality on 0860 732 548/9 to make a booking.
7. The offer is subject to restaurant availability.
8. The 2FOR1 dining offer is based on standard prices and may only apply to a specific set menu, depending on the selected restaurant.
9. The offer is subject to promotional availability. Participating venues reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public holidays).
10. The offer is subject to one card per Reality membership number per specific restaurant booked. Multiple cards are allowed to be owned, but cannot be used at the same restaurant at the same time and date.
11. Cancellations of bookings must be made telephonically at 0860 732 548/9 unless outside of office hours when the onus is on the member to cancel the booking at the restaurant booked.
12. This card is not exchangeable for cash or for sale.
13. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer. Real Futures (Pty) Ltd, its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any subsequently declining acceptance of the card for reasons of their own.
